感谢支持。。。
要能支持MCRYPT才有价值～
我昨天申请的第一个小日本的今天已经没法访问了。
三个小时前：
FTP正常登录，cPanel正常登录，用户账户正常。
域名解析不出IP，cPanel面板在服务器状态中服务器负载有错误提示。
现在：
因为IP地址已经没有响应，所以cPanel已经无法访问，但用户界面正常。
现在又能用了，这稳定性有待提高……
用手机PING了一下，速度都很快。
前者平均值比后者快25ms左右，一次性结果为489ms和514ms（用手机PING可能与电脑结果有差别）。
不过我估计前者这种允许中国人申请的免费的CP面板空间不会长久。
其实最差的面板是VP面板，凡是看到这种面板我就知道：
禁用了不知道多少个函数，而且禁止Allow_url_fopen。
我所见过最没用的CP面板是5gbfree的，想要的功能基本屏蔽完了。
