GeliProxy，给力代理，你懂的
geliproxy是一个搭建在GAE上的代理，可能是基于GappProxy修改来的。
他内置了几个GAE服务器端，默认解析.appspot.com到其IPv6网址。
使用很简单，解压后运行geliProxy.exe点击那个开始图标即可。
不过我在teredo ipv6环境下测试不能使用，不知道教育网IPv6下能不能正常使用。
对于使用IPv6免费的教育网用户，使用IPv6+GAE可以免费上外网（可以参考：http://igfw.net/archives/1459）

1. 某些网站含有https内容，由于Geliproxy暂不支持https，因此这些网站很长时间打不开
2. 此时可能需要点一下stop按钮，才能显示相应的网页
3. 部分情况下，执行此操作很容易导致软件崩溃

这个可以使用wallproxy解决
